This is the "so now what" follow up to the first book. While I applaud the work he's done for Parkinson's research this book is a much dryer read than his first one.

I've enjoyed some of Michael J. Fox's professional work (esp. the TV series Family Ties), and really admire his courage and upbeat spirit coping with the challenges of Parkinson's, his focus on his family, his foundation, and his perspective of appreciation of daily blessings.
