This is a great story about the human disaster that was the second world war, told from the point of view of "Death". It delves into the hardships faced by regular German individuals and families during this time & the moral dilemma of daring to think, let alone express a different view to the cruel anti-semitism of the nazi regime.

I was given this copy by my cousin, when staying with her in France. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book on my travels. It made the extra weight to be carried in my back pack worthwhile. This book has travelled with me to Rome, Paris, Budapest & London till stopping at Umina Beach Australia for a while. It will be released at some stage in the future after my husband has read it.
