Caught from tempestsans last time we met at Soho with Lumbermoose, Catstaff and Glen. Thanks for sharing! I haven't read this series, but it looks right up my alley.

Book #2 in the Hunter Kiss series.

Book Description:

Demon hunter Maxine Kiss, inked with living tattoos, is on a mission to rescue the man she loves from a bloodthirsty army. To save him, Maxine has only one choice: to lose control - and release her own powers of darkness.

My Review:

This is a great book! I read the first book in the series, The Iron Hunt from the library. This is a very intense book, it took me a few days to finish reading it because sometimes I just needed to take a break.

This is a well written example of the paranormal genre. It contains strong, well developed characters, in particular the heroine.
Overall a good, pacy, compelling read.

I love well travelled books and will pass it on to someone who also thrills in such books.
However, I did not read it, just had a skim and seemed a bit too dark for me.
