I purchased this hardcover (c. 2006) at the Friends of the Library used book store in Rockville, Maryland. I'm going to read it and place it in the CSA bookbox. I'm not sure how long that process will take.
This is a book I've had too long (14 years!) without reading. It's time to release it!
