It's been at least 15 years since I first read "The Power of One" on my Father's recommendation. I have read it 2 more times since then and it remains in my top 3 favorite books. I am moved and inspired each time I read it. Every one that I have recommended it to has felt the same. After reading this book you truly can believe in the power of one person to change circumstances even if that is not what they consciously set out to do.
The character Peekay stays on my mind long after I have finished and put away the book. I hope that he will for you, too.
