this is the best in the No.1-detective series so far for me. The three different stories all connected with the fate of children and their welfare connect together very well. They are all rather touching and as always the wisdom of Mma Ramotswe provides very good solutions to all problems.

I've even read this book after receiving it so I don't know how I could have forgotten to journal it! Duh! Sorry Releanna, I remember pming you about receiving this as a lovely surprise (and the gorgeous Klimt bookmark!!) apart from the books you sent for ecuas's birthday rabck. What I think might have happened is, since I had so many books to journal at that time, esp. different ones for ecuas and myself, I may have kept it aside for me and forgotten to journal later. Since then I've read and enjoyed this book...thanks so much for sending. Looking forward to passing it on!

Mma Ramotswe arrived in Delhi today, thanks I lot! I always wanted to read one out of this series, but never made it. But this giraffe surely likes to travel, and so she found me. I will try to dry her tears in due time.
