Edit 5 August 2009: This was caught before I could make release notes! :D I left this on top of the pay station in the parking garage across from the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Old Town Alexandria, VA, last night (4 Aug 2009) around 5pm. Hope the finder enjoys it! :)

I was with my girlfriend in a parking garage out side a Museum. I found it ontop of an PAY machine.
