CAUGHT IN NORTHBOROUGH MA WORCESTER

On returning from a weekend in Maine with family, my husband and I found the book on our front lawn. Thinking it was trash, my husband picked it up and realized it was a plastic bag containing a book with a note paperclipped to the cover. We were surprised, never having had such an experience. The note read "This book is not lost. FREE! It's making its way around the world, one reader at a time, and it needs your help. See inside->" The note is rumpled and the ink is fading; needless to say, we were intrigued. When we saw the message inside the front cover, we decided to be part of the book's journey. Jane Austen has always been one of my favorites; I read it many years ago and saw the Masterpiece Theater presentation recently and enjoyed the story very much. I plan to send the book on its way this coming weekend.
