Romanian author, bought and read for the 2012 Olympic Challenge.
I didn't realize this was a book of poetry when I ordered it online. I have to say, I'm glad I used a gift card and not my own money (although the gift card could have gone to better use). I do not think that poetry translates well. This collection was originally written in Romanian, and I'm sure it reads muh better in the original language. Still, there were a few poems set in New York which rang true, and were fun to read as I rode on the subway.
