I loved the first book in this series (Total Waste of Make Up) and was looking forward to this one. I wasn't disappointed. I've never had my hand stuck in a toliet or dealt w/ a hippo but I have had to do some odd things for my former boss. Good to know really odd things didn't just happen to me. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Arrived yesterday, thank you!
Romantic comedy about a woman of 30 and her 2 friends who can't seem to find the right men, and the main character's crazy family (a la Stephanie Plum but not as funny) and her childish big-name actor boss.
I didn't enjoy it much when I was reading it, not too many laughs for me, but now that I have finished it I can look back on some of the scenes and see some funny. Basically I thought it was so fluffy that it was almost non-existent. Opening the cover was liking opening the door to a room and finding it empty. Maybe that is just me though, not in the mood for the genre or something. I was expecting something more like Bergdorf Blondes by Plum Sykes, which I enjoyed and found very funny.

I really enjoyed this book! Had not read this author before but thought it would be a lighthearted fun read which I needed. And it was! It had a "Shopaholic" feel to me (more than Stephanie Plum) and I did laugh!
