Journal Entry 3 by Glenville from Manchester, Greater Manchester United Kingdom on Monday, August 24, 2009
My introduction to Bookcrossing came about when I found this book KORKY had left outside the tourist info shop in the Retail shopping Outlet in Bicester. We were on our way to France and I would have loved to have read it and left it there but I had other reading matter and I left it till I returned home.
Being a Bill Bryson fan I thought I would enjoy it immensely but was disappointed. Having said that I found It was interesting and I learned one or two trivia facts and I will send it on it's way soon.

I found this book from Korky in the market place of Keswick , in North Lake District during a weeks walking leave , my first encounter of this value system though I had heard of the like before , a pleasureable find , many thanks.
Skip read the book during my weeek in the evenings and got some enjoyment from it thouigh not as good as Bryson , particularly enjoyed the German leg as I've been there to and had a similar "nudist" experience .
I'm leaving the book on today in my home city , Newcastle o Tyne and would love to see next of it's travels , enjoy !
