I don't remember if I bought this at the thrift store, or at the Library book sale. Serendipitously, it has my sister-in-law's name printed inside. I want to read this one, but I might have to release it, and trust it to find me again.

Received in the mail yesterday. My husband has already started reading it.
Oddly, I liked the movie better. I think my husband liked the book better than I -- he appreciated the greater richness of the historical details.

i finally got to this one after too many long months of reading danielle steels. it was worth the wait though. i think i enjoyed the book more than the movie version.
