"Mens Bodies Were Her Business
Fortune MacDonald listened to women's fantasies on a daily basis as she took their orders for customized men. In a time when the male species was extinct, she was a valued man-maker. She had created some of the best prototypes around--from Stud-Muffin-Stuart to the ever popular Hunka-Hunka-Burning-Love-Leory model. So when she awoke to find herself sharing a bed with the most lifelike, virile man she had ever laid eyes or hands on, she let her gaze inventory his assets. From his long dark hair, to his knife-edged cheekbones, to his broad shoulders, to his jutting--well, all in the name of research, right?--it didn't take an expert any time at all to realize that he was the genuine article, a bona fide man. And when Leith Campbell took her in his arms, she knew real passion for the first time...but had she found true love?"
I love her books, and her time travels were the first of the type I had ever read. This and its like are not my favorite of hers, but still it is praisworthy.

Thanks so much for the book trade! I have books piling up all around me just lately, but I will read your book soon and send it on to you: Kiss of Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon! Sorry I haven't read it yet! I got a message from another Bookcrosser today asking for that book and I said Sorry, I have already promised that to someone else! :-)
I can't believe that I have had this book so long! I thought it was lost for awhile, but then I suddenly found it. I'm reading it now and I promise it will be moving again soon.
My Review: I enjoy this author, but this is one of her early ones and it could have been cut in half and made a much better paced story. The characters were fun and interesting, but the story could have used more content and less filler. I recommend the Castle of Dreams or the MacKenzie Vampires series by this author.
