Hello...What a pleasant surprise to find your book by the lake!!!My 8 year old son and I were out walking and came upon your book propped up against a tree. It was about two weeks ago and looked like it was going to start pouring rain any second.We were both excited to find the book as I love reading anything & everything and my son was equally excited because it was like an adventure/mystery to him.I've also been to Turkey around 1998-1999 time frame so your book was especially appealing & interesting to me. I haven't started reading the book yet but will begin shortly.I can't wait!!

Finally read the book & thoroghly enjoyed it. Definitely a good read.Since I actually have been to Turkey I could picture everything in my mind which made the story just that more enjoyable....I'm leaving tomorrow on vacation. Hope to leave the book at Grand Canyon or vicinity.

On Tues. July, 14th. while on a road trip from La Canada Flintridge, CA to Jackson WY I checked into the Zion Lodge inside Zion National Park just moments after they had a power failure. There was a fire in a neighboring town an all services were down! After two attempts to get into two different rooms, a porter had to use a master key as all the rooms had electronic key cards, we were headed back to the desk to try again. There were people in both the rooms we tried! As I passed a bench outside the lobby, I spotted this book! What a pleasant surprise! My first catch!. I now have the book at home with me and will read soon or release again. (Ryancs19, how did you do in the power failure. We decided to move on down the road and arrived in Jackson a day early.)

Hello, so glad you found the book! This whole thing with Bookcrossing.com is so cool!!!My son & I were actually at Zion National Park for a day, July 14,2009.A day is just not enough time to spend in such a beautuful place. We had actually been on a really awesome vacation seeing some of our national parks and more. Grand Canyon,Monument Valley,Bryce Canyon & lastly Zion National Park & Vegas.I had initially planned on droping it off at the Grand Canyon.....then Monument Valley....then Bryce etc... up got so caught up in the whole vacation I totally forgot about the book until the very last second we were leaving Zion. My son & I actually ran & propped the book against a tree on a path very close to Zion Lodge.We must have missed the power failure as everything seemed to be fine when we were there.Hope you enjoy the book. It's a good read.My son & I are psyched that someone picked it up & its gotten all the way to CA!!!Now that's cool!!!
