Taken this from the Central YHA in Sydney, after k-j-h assured me that he'd released some books there and not taken any :D
Currently reading, and enjoying!

Interesting book. I barely know anything about this period of history, although I have heard of the princes in the tower (which apparently is a rarity judging by the number of people I talked to who hadn't heard of them!)

Passing this on to the always amazing Otakuu!

Brought to me by the wonderful DiscoveryLover.

This is a period of English history with which I am relatively unfamiliar so this was quite interesting. About the same time as I read this there was either a radio or television documentary that discussed the 'Princes in the Tower' so a timely read

Snagged off Otakuu's bookshelf during today's visit. Great to see you (and you too, discoverylover!) again.

If this is the first BookCrossing book you have ever found, Haere Mai - Welcome.
I hope you join me in this wonderful world

I'm another one pretty much ignorant of this period of history, though I had at least heard of the princes in the tower, having been to the room in the Tower of London where they were held, and also having heard the other side of the story from a tour guide in York, who went on at length about his theory of why Richard was innocent, and how Shakespeare had sullied his good name.
An interesting story, though knowing a bit about the history beforehand would have been helpful, if only to help keep all those Henrys, Richards, Edwards and Thomases straight in my mind :-)

Caught at the Uncon brunch, and now on Mt TBR.
I definitely know about the princes in the tower - maybe being English helps! I was interested to read how few of you had heard of them before, so I guess maybe that just shows how cultural-specific history and general knowledge can be.
