A Taste for Death
5 journalers for this copy...
Picked this one up at a church book sale today. Usually have a hard time getting into reading P.D. James, however I finished one of her books recently and enjoyed it so will give this a try.
Decided to use this as one of the books to release in the First Sentence Virtual Book Box Challenge - Round 4. It was selected and has been mailed off today to another Canadian BookCrosser - happy reading!
To the finder of this book:
Hello and congratulations! You have not only found yourself a good book, but a whole community of booklovers dedicated to sharing books with each other and the world at large. I hope that you will write a journal entry letting me know that the book has been found, and that you'll stick around a bit and get to know Bookcrossing. Feel free to read and keep this book, or to pass it on to a friend or even set it out "in the wild" for someone else to find like you did. And if you do choose to join, I hope you'll consider using me, starrdust, as your referring member.
Happy reading!

The book and bookmark arrived in the mail today. I was interested to see that stamps stuck quite well to the plastic mailing envelope. I will try that next time I mail a book as I love to use interesting stamps and hesitated to use them on parcels with plastic envelopes. Thanks starrdust.
This Adam Dalgliesh mystery is convoluted, is it a double murder or a murder suicide? There are stories behind everyone involved in this case, and instead of clearing the way to the murderer, the information muddies everyone involved with motive and guilt.
I liked the suspense and the characters the author created for this story; P. D. James is a master of the mystery novel.

Taking the book to the Calgary BC Meetup at the Joshua Tree Cafe today.
I picked up this book from the meetup because sometimes I just feel like a really good mystery and this was highly recommended.
Picking this book up today as I am really trying to get through my older Bookcrossing books on my shelf before I pick up a new book.
It was wonderful to read this great mystery, I truly enjoyed it!
Thanks for pushing this book across the table to me, five years ago. I am glad that it has finally off my TBR Mountain Range and hopefully find a new reader at tomorrow’s meetup!
I am finally returning this book back to the group, thanks for passing this great little mystery to me!
Welcome to Bookcrossing! The book you are holding is now yours - no strings attached. To let me know it has found a new owner and that it will be enjoyed by a new reader, please consider leaving a message by leaving an entry on this book. You do not need an account to leave a message, however if you consider signing up, you can find out where this book goes and who enjoys it after you.

Picked this up at the September meetup at Cravings. Excellent turnout!!
Very interesting mystery. Downloaded it from the library. Do love those British accents. The characters come alive (well, do dead characters come alive???) and the web was a complicated one.
Well, I have a nice stack to bring back to the June meetup at Cravings. Mind you, it is 2 months worth.
Holding onto this one for the next reader.
Book returned to me. Thanks sing-song.
