In this book, private investigator Vicki Nelson and her vampire friend Henry Fitzroy help a pact of werewolves trying to figure out who's trying to kill them. Of all the mythical creatures commonly found in fantasy books, werewolves are the ones I'm not particularly interested in. The book was still quite good, plotwise. I like the fact that Tanya Huff situates her books in Toronto (and nearby). I guess she's Canadian herself. But Vicki Nelson should get better fitting glasses. I wear glasses too, but I don't have to push them up my nose every other minute!
