This novel about 19th century India has had terrific reviews, I am really looking forward to reading it.

This was a wonderful book. I have never seen so many words used in my life yet somehow it did not matter, half the fun was figuring out that I knew (somehow) what they meant!!

Great story as well - I am looking forward to the next book in this trilogy. Ghosh is truly a gifted writer and story-teller.
