This is a lovely, lovely book....I bought a copy to give to my lawyer boytoy for valentine's, as he loves both art and a good read. I found this copy at a garage sale and wanted to pass it along.....it tells the history of an astonishingly gorgeous painting as it travels through the hands of one collector to another over time.....and solves the central mystery...who painted it?
