As I'm clearing my flat ahead of moving I'm adding a lot of my books to the Bookcrossing pile. This is one of them. Hope I get chance to read it before I have to move!

I loved this. The characters, the themes of love, power, sex, violence, and divided loyalties... I think this is what is meant by 'meaty fiction'! I found the style clear and easy to read but there were still some excellent observations and descriptions dotted around.

A thoroughly satisfying (if rather bloodthirsty) read. I am dying to know what happens next so if someone out there has the second book please send it my way!

Not sure where I picked this up. It's in my TBR pile.
