I really enjoyed the first book. I found two others in the series but did not enjoy the second one as much, and I haven't read the third yet.

The book is about a college freshman who can't decide if she wants to go into medecine or not, like her mother. She is afraid of blood, and hurting people. So her estranged father (who teaches criminology at the same college) gets her a job at the morgue. There may be blood in autopsies but at least one can't make the condition worse)

Murder, mayhem, a cute cop, and adventure ensues.
