Picked up at a booksale as I like reading about the experiences of others and this sounded funny too.
From the back cover: 'In the same year Toni Collette won an AFI Best Actress award for Muriel's Wedding, Nicholas Hope won the Best Actor award for a very different film Bad Boy Bubby. The latter evaded blockbuster status and became a cult hit. So did its star... With a wonderful sense of the ridiculous, Nicholas Hope offers a sharply funny and insightful portrait of a world that promises everyone their fifteen minutes of fame.'
Added to Mt TBR.

My Good Reads review:
Read this as a personal challenge to clear my TBR shelves of their oldest Book Crossing books. This has been languishing unread since 2008 and what a shame I didn't read it sooner. Such a wonderfully down to earth and genuine memoir from Nicholas Hope on his life and acting career. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to passing it along, definitely a good read! :)
