I have had this several years, am just now getting around to registering it on bookcrossing.

I bought it to find the best food to maximize my health and to find good resources on vegetarianism and athletics. I am no athlete myself but the information is good for anyone. It includes brief stories of several top athletes who are vegetarian and offers tips about diet and exercise for those who want to reach those top levels. A good resource.
