I remember reading a lot of these stories in elementary school (must have been around the 6th grade?) and finding them interesting and wise. I enjoyed re-reading the ones I'm familiar with and reading some of the others for the first time. Lots of short, to-the-point tales, a lot of whose morals I kind of disagree with, or didn't see as pertaining to the story. Enjoy!
