Amy Tan never seems to be disappointing.

Received from mnboylan - now on my nightstand waiting to be read.

I really enjoyed this book - she definitely doesn't disappoint. It's long, but kept me engaged and interested on a long plane ride!

Now I've given this to my brother Daniel. We're currently traveling and internet access isn't reliable (and he didn't bring the book to this cafe), but hopefully he will both enjoy it and journal on it!

We're in Cologne at the moment, so it's certainly traveling...

My brother read the book and gave it back (darn!); I passed it on to my friend Burkhard, who will either read it himself or pass it on to someone else in Germany. At least the book has traveled far - now hopefully someone will journal on it!

Finally made it here to update the books status. Haven't read it yet.
