The edible woman

I have 2 copies of this. I liked this kooky book--it made me laugh out loud a lot, especially the antics between the two roommates and their conflicts with men and trying to fit into society as women in the 50's defying traditional female roles.....not a feminist book really, just plain amusing....laughable.

The great thing about purposely forgetting someone is sending a book to you is that you get a surprise in your mailbox! Yay!
I hope I can get to this book sometime. I'm going to have to stop joining book clubs and BookRings if I'm ever going to pleasure myself with books, like this one, that came as a product of my WishList.
P.S. The picture is of the tallest building in the state. I work here and am the photographer for this picture. :)
