It's a cute book by a man who grew up in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He tells of his childhood and how his family was on the poor side and how he grew up and became active in his community's school board and other organizations. He gave a very detailed description of a trip he took to Alaska (drove there) which was rather entertaining.
