Waiting for Anya

Take your time reading this book, but please don't let it linger too long on a shelf. Please remember to ray this book on to another bookcrosser to help it on its journey. I look forward to seeing where it goes.
Michael Morpurgo is a fantastic writer for children's and young adults' literature, but even though I don't belong to either reading ages, I genuinely enjoyed it.
The book's story about the occupied French village near the Spanish border is quick, heart-rendering, violent, and yet hopeful! Also, although the German occupation and the Germans' treatment of POW and Jews is depicted, none of it is too cruel to put off young readers...
I am planning to release this book as part of a box and so I am "reserving" it for now...
