Heb dit boek echt gelezen na aanraden van Oprah...ik weet eigenlijk niet precies meer wat ik ervan vond, maar aangezien het nog steeds in mijn boekenkast staat en ik het niet over mijn hart verkrijg het te verkopen of in het wild te crossen, moet het wel een positieve indruk hebben achtergelaten.

Excuus dat het even duurde, maar inmiddels heb ik dit boek met heel veel 'plezier' gelezen. Ik vond het ontzettend bijzonder, door de stijl en de manier waarop het onderwerp beschreven wordt. Iedere keer als ik het boek opensloeg was ik dáár, zag ik de gangen en het meer en de Unit en de eetzaal, ging ik mee in zijn strijd.

Ik ben nu wel heel nieuwsgierig naar welke delen dan niet waar zijn. Ik weet niet of ik het wel wil weten, ik vond het erg mooi en compleet zo. Dank voor het ringen!

Poeh zeg, wat een boek. Sommige scenes zijn echt slopend. Ik vond het zeker interessant en boeiend, maar soms wilde ik het wegleggen van ellende. Technisch wist ik al een en ander van verslaving; goed om het ook zo direct te lezen.

Het boek is veilig in Hoorn aangekomen!

Het boek gister uitgelezen en mij god wat heeft het boek een impact op me gehad. Ik weet niet wat ik van moet zeggen. Denk er nog overna terwijl ik de volgende BC'er PM's.

Vandaag heb ik dit boek uit m'n brievenbus gehaald. Het kan er al enkele dagen ingelegen hebben, want ik was enkele dagen afwezig i.v.m. Oud- en Nieuw, dat ik elders gevierd heb.

Ik vond dit een erg goed boek. Bepaalde passages grepen me erg aan. De schrijfstijl vond ik soms minder prettig (de korte zinnen, herhalingen, en niet correct Engels), maar het verhaal vond ik zodanig spannend dat ik me daar niet echt aan stoorde.

Gisteren (zondag) was ik een dagje in Utrecht, en heb ik dit boek persoonlijk bij rroos in de brievenbus gestopt.

Bedankt dat ik mocht meelezen, en excuses dat dit boek zo belachelijk lang bij mij heeft gelogeerd.
