Blink

An interesting book about the unconscious decisions/judgments we make in the blink of an eye.
Currently being read by my DH.
Although I know his name, and have heard about the books he has written, I have not yet actually read any of Gladwell's books. But after hearing a wonderful interview with him on CBC radio just this past week, I am keen to dip in, now. Thanks, c-b-l (and hubby!), for the opportunity. I look forward to this one. He sounds like a really interesting character!
Well, since my last journal note here, I have devoured Gladwell! I have listened to him read me 2 of his books on audiobooks and I think he is not only brilliant but an absolute delight to listen to! I managed to find another copy of this book (as well as 2 other of his newer ones) so I will release this one tomorrow at Word on the Street. Hope to see you there, c-b-l!
Snagged this at Word on the Street today. Looking forward to reading it. Gladwell is one of my faves. I enjoyed What the Dog Saw and The Tipping Point.
I finally got this read! An enjoyable analysis of how we make snap decisions and why they are often superior to extensive analysis.
Bringing Blink to today's BookCrossing gathering at Harbord House where I hope it will find its next reader.

I've actually read this book, and quite recently, too. But borrowed from the library as an eBook. There were some parts I wanted to go back to and read again, so when I saw this on the table, I could not resist. Thanks!
I had read Malcolm Gladwell's book before and I find his insight very interesting and to the point. I recommend any of his books about contemporary culture.
