SO good ... vamps, werewolves, Bella and Edward ....
There were a few things I wished different, but a great ending to an enjoyable series.
For one there was wayyyyy too much usage of the name Renesmee (a serious mouthful) ... and then I wished for the Cullens to defeat the Voltari ... to be rid of their annoying presence eternally... it seemed a little skimpy here, with only Irina dying and an *almost* war -- this is a Vampire book, where is the bloodshed? I don't mind the happy ending but I kept waiting for the truly intense supernatural fight which never came.
I liked the new and improved Bella - born into vampire life, finally finds herself standing strong ... and thank god and ms. meyer that the Bella/Jacob conflict was finally resolved ... of course, the imprinting thing was a no-brainer.
I hope there is a Jacob and Nessie story later ... that could be amazing if she gives the characters back some of their spark, and not more of the same old/same old.
Hats off and drinks up ... Bloody Mary's anyone?!
