I'm not done yet, but so far it's wonderful. I'm amazed at the quality of writing and am truly impressed. I haven't read much George Eliot, but as I am finding out she is a true feminist and one of the greats!

This is one of my top ten now. Very strenuous read at first, but once you get into it, it's incredibly difficult to put down! Beautiful, elegant and philisophical. GREAT!
