Storm

Found this book at the monthly 10 cent paperback book sale in Suffolk, VA. It's the sequel to Messiah.
From the back of the book:
"In his riveting national bestseller, Messiah, Boris Starling explored the fury brewing in the mind of a serial killer. In Storm, he unleashes it....
The first victim was discovered in a public park. Her body stabbed repeatedly, her hands and feet removed with clean, surgical precision. Tied to her chest, a coiled black snake, writhing and lashing. Even to a seasoned detective like Kate Beauchamp, a woman vulnerable to her own unsettled demons, the murder was extraordinary -- less a crime scene than the site of a perverted sacrifice. But to what God? To what Devil?"

Got this at the meetup tonight. I really like
Thomas Harris' books, so am looking forward to
reading this.

Just finished this book - read it in 4 days. Sometimes
it seemed too much like Messiah, but good read overall.
I really liked the detailled use of forensic pathology
and allusions to mythology.. Nice touch.
Will give it to coworker this week.
