A wandering book -- the karma of literature! This was an excellent tale of deep space, alien worlds, and an "expendable" group of men and women. My husband and I enjoyed this story.

Came home to me in my Sci-Fi Bookbox. I've not heard of this book before but I really like the premise behind the story. I'm adding this to my MT. TBR!
This was such a great read! I finished in less than a day. Good plot, great pacing and an interesting ending. Yay for fun Sci-Fi!!!!

I've taken this book from #Stagecrafty's Sci-Fi/Fantasy Book Box. My TBR stack is rather long, so I'm not sure when I'll get around to reading it, however.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
I really -- REALLY -- enjoyed this book. I was unfamiliar with the author, but it did look interesting when I pulled it from the Book Box. As soon as I finished reading it on 9 August, I fired up my Kindle and bought the second in the series, Vigilant. I read through it very quickly, staying abed this morning to finish it before breakfast.
