Journal Entry 1 by Lytteltonwitch from Christchurch, Canterbury New Zealand on Monday, June 16, 2008
A true and touching account of a small dog's graveside vigil. For 14 years the little Skye terrier returned every night to the shepherd's grave in Greyfriars churchyard in Edinburgh.
I have just returned from a 7 week trip to the UK which included Scotland. We visited Bobby's statue and I found a geocache that was hidden nearby.

13 November 2009: I released this last weekend on the statue of Plimmer's dog in Wellington (seemed appropriate ;-)), but it was caught before I got a chance to make release notes.
Happy bookcrossing to the finder!

I found the book on Plimmer Steps in Wellington sitting on the statue of John Plimmer and his DOG. I didn't know about this book sharing but my neice who is at Victoria University in Wellington did, so I brought it back to Palmerston North and will pass it on.
