Ghosts of Gettysburg: Spirits, Apparitions and Haunted Places of the Battlefield
3 journalers for this copy...
Bought at a library used book sale. It's been a few years since I've been to Gettysburg, but after reading through much of this book, it feels like I'm right there! I recognize the sites and photos, and it's fascinating to read about the history in a fun, ghostly context.
I really wish I could save this book for my next trip up there, but I don't know when that will be (maybe years at this rate!) so I'd better just pass it on now.
I hope the finder enjoys this book!
I'll be sending it up to MaryZee for release somewhere in Gettysburg!

A nice box full of Civil War books arrived the other day, just as I'm getting itchy for a BC-day. I will definitely be able to have some release fun with these. I hope to release these within the next couple of weeks. Thanks, Katekintail!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
I had a release spree in Gettysburg today, and released this book (safe in a BC release bag) propped up against Jennie Wade's statue in front of her house. This is a reportedly haunted site, so I thought this a good release spot for this book on the Ghosts of Gettysburg.
Welcome to BookCrossing!
To the finder of this book:

Feel free to read and keep this book, or to pass it on to a friend or even set it out "in the wild" for someone else to find like you did. If you do choose to join and journal, then you can watch the book as it travels - You'll be alerted by email each time someone makes another journal entry. It's all confidential (you're known only by your screen name and no one is ever given your e-mail address), free, and spam-free. Happy reading!

This book was placed next to the statue of Jennie Wade, the only civilian killed at the battle of Gettysburg. After our whole family reads it we plan to pass it on!
