I like Daheim. Her depiction of life in a small Pacific Northwest town is spot on. In this volume there's the possibility of a new luxury spa going in nearby and the town is predictably divided. Then one of the developers turns up dead.
Had some extra room in my mother's birthday package so I tucked this one in.
