I tried reading this book but I just couldn't get past the first few chapters. It's about a woman(Claire Hansen) who is a Keeper---some mystical position about keeping the universe in order or something like that. I didn't read enough of the book to quite figure it all out. Anyway, she ends running a bed & breakfast populated by really odd characters.

A lot of people like Tanya Huff and say she's a good writer. So maybe I just happened to choose the wrong book from her.

Note: this book is the first in a 3 part series.

I love Tanya Huff's books, even her urban fantasy (and I normally HATE UF). This book was a lot of fun and very humorous.
