I got off the plane and was almost straight away at the local meet up and someone grabbed this book and we will be bookringing it as there is so much interest in reading it.

Grabbed this book as soon as it appeared on the table at the meetup. I saw the movie a few months ago, and someone said the book was much more harrowing, so I've been looking for it ever since.

Caught at the Cafe Bleu tonight. I read the reviews of the movie but missed seeing it so I'm looking forward to reading the book, thanks.
Awesome story. Brought the Afghanistan conflict to life and gave me more reasons to be grateful that I was born in New Zealand.

(Oops, just noticed I was supposed to pass it on to Mahinaarangi - I vaguely remember totally forgetting to do so at the Christchurch convention, then putting the book aside to post up to her later... yeah, obviously never got round to that.
