This book was bought as a gift for someone who is having a rough time of it at the moment. I hope it cheers her up a tiny little bit even though it isn't a car :)

Oh, that's even kinder than I thought - I didn't expect you to buy it for me!
Thankyou though, I finally managed to finish this this morning as a result - I've been reading a few pages at ta time in the car when waiting for various things to happen - usually my fiancee to get a shuffle on.
An interesting little book. Celia Rees challenges a few topics that are not always touched upon in teenage fiction and always approaches them from a new angle. This one is the story of the Salem witch trials told from the point of view of a girl who is accused of witchcraft. A well crafted piece.
