The author is paralyzed from the neck down & also spastic making it extremely difficult to control his neck muscles (not to mention his arms & legs) for typing. He cannot talk so communicates by smiling, frowning, head nodding, eye movement. This book details his early life in his own words with humor, wisdom & insight. Good book, good story well told.
