I picked this up at the Friends of the Library sale last night.
Ha! I didn't even remember that I had this! I listened to the audio version of this book recently and enjoyed it. I thought it was interesting how the two stories are woven together. I thought parts of it were contrived--Ella falling for her new guy-friend overnight when she thought she was happy with her husband. I don't know. I just didn't like her character very much. Loved Isabelle's character though.
Not a bad book, but not at good as Girl with a Pearl Earring.
If you like audio books, this one is read very well.
