Picked up at Sadlers today, whilst meeting barby-girl, and unexpectedly saw Millycat in the cafe area so we had a drink, filled the book basket and then trawled the charity shops for bargains. An excellent afternoon! Thanks for coming along Millycat, and also for this book, now added to TBR mountain. Don't forget to try and come to the meet-up at Sadlers on Saturday 29th March!!

Picked up from the OBCZ as it's a book I meant to buy when it first came out and never got around to it - perhaps my 9' tbr pile put me off.
Brilliant. I loved the ambiguity of Matilda's story and the way that she could be a horrible person and yet still loved and valued for her character and individuality. Will pass on to Batram when he's next home.
CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Batram loved it, and is now looking out for other books by Minette Walters. Now given to my mother.
