Wow this is a great book, it's a bit disgusting - had to put it down - just to get the images out of my head. Love the twist in the end - I did not see that coming at all!
I will mail this to Jubby as a surprise RABCK - It was on her wishlist!
Happy Readings...

OMG!!
Christina82 you are very, very kind.
I would love nothing more then to sit down right now nad start reading it, but unfortunately others expect things of me... like my husband and his dinner, and work tomorrow.
Boo!
I do have a few bookrings at the moment to get through,, but will endeavour to read this one in the not too distant future.
Thank you again.

Deliciously weird, wickedly imaginative, definitely twisted and yet also darkly humorous. The narrative voice is one of the most unique I have met; the pace brilliant, with a great build of tension from the start right to the end. An amazing debut novel!
It's one of those books you either love or you hate . . . and I loved it.
I'll be sending it off to dolphin-au early next week.

The reviews in the front of the book nearly put me off reading this book. That would have been a shame, because I really enjoyed it. I didn't think the cruelty that excessive. I even had to laugh a few times at the black humor. The main character is delightfully well spoken when sober and I loved the phoneconversations between the siblings.
I wondered if the confessed murders were supposed to be real or imagined? They are freakish enough to be accidents that only become crimes in an impressionable mind.
