Briliiant short stories by well respected author Tim Winton. Examines life on the edge with a compassionate and eseentially Australian approach. He gets right to the heart of the characters, and engenders them with wisdom, while evoking a sense of place.
Picked this one up at the Meetup. Will add to Mt TBR.
I am really not a big Tim Winton fan. I don't know what it is about his books but they don't seem to be my thing. Having said that though I thought this collection of short stories weren't too bad. Overall I give it a 7.
