Well this was fast, once I picked it I just had to read it all the way to the end.
What a fantastic piece of writing! A great play, of which I saw the mini series that was (very tastefully) done for TV. Great characters and brilliant dialogues, a truly well crafted piece of work, can’t wait to find part two and read it.
It’s about AIDS and it’s about life in the Big Poisoned Apple, in those dreadful Reagan years when yuppies were growing like mushrooms and bigotry had just been made part of the American way.
It gets sad at times and very dramatic but it also has those humorous moments and those far-out-twilight-zone hallucinations, all in all you can’t miss this, if you do you’ll be poorer for it.

Não comento em Inglês porque o meu inglês não dá para tanto...Enviei-o ontem quarta-feira dia quatro de Junho.
Gostei bastante, embora seja um contexto muito específico da cultura nova iorquina muito da esfera das elites e desce pouco ao nível dos afectos e dos sentimentos: alguns personagens são mesmo intragáveis. O Humor é inteligente e cáustico. Gostei bastante, obrigada. Já tens a segunda parte?
