Wow! I love getting surprises in the mail! Thanks so much to lake44 for sending me this book from my wishlist. You have perfect timing, as I'm going on vacation tomorrow and now I have something to read on the VERY long plane ride from Portland, Oregon to West Palm Beach, Florida! You rock!

I just finished this book last night. Although it took me awhile to get the hang of the language and phrasing, I really enjoyed the story once I got into it. I especially liked all the detailed descriptions of Dracula's castle and the Carpathians and surrounding countryside. It sounds so beautiful!
