I love philophies of what's going to occur to this here little blue planet... the fears some people cook up is amazing!

Thanks Loey and Mozette. Not really to my taste as I'm not a believer in any form of religion, but I'll have a go at it. I guess I can just treat it as fantasy as I believe in god as much as I believe in dragons, hobbits or fairies.

Poorly written, without any interesting characters or situations. I gave up at about page 130.

I personally don't believe in a god or gods, so the seriousness that this book takes itself, and all the reviews inside the front cover that treat it as non-fiction or as some of them say fiction that describes future events (i.e. the "end of days"), are extremely disquieting. That's not to say I don't read fiction that starts from the assumption that the stories in the bible are real, but they have to be well written - "The Omen" for instance.

The front cover says over 3,000,000 sold in the series, so I guess someone will enjoy it.
