PS I actually have read this book. Kind of a cute little book...the opening reads:
If you picked up this book looking for one of those bikini-ripping sagas about jet-setting beauties....forget it,. Except for the gorgeous Heidi, whose smallest gesture had grown men biting their palms and howling at the moon, the Larksdale Ladies were mostly a bunch of decent, ordinary women of carious ages and middle-class backgrounds. On the other hand...."

I hope you'll stick around a bit and get to know BookCrossing --maybe even make a journal entry on this book. You may choose to remain anonymous or to join (its free!) And if you do choose to join, I hope you'll consider using me, bookczuk, as your referring member. Feel free to read and keep this book, or to pass it on to a friend or even set it out "in the wild" for someone else to find like you did. If you do choose to join and journal, then you can watch the book as it travels- You'll be alerted by email each time someone makes another journal entry. It's all confidential (you're known only by your screen name and no one is ever given your e-mail address), free, and spam-free. Happy reading!

PS And if you find yourself liking BookCrossing, Charleston has an active group of BookCrossers who meet monthly (second Sunday of the month) at various spots in the Tri-county area. Come join us! For more information, see our yahoo group here! Be on the lookout for other books left in the "Wild"!

I picked this up two meetings ago and totally forgot to register that I caught it. Sorry! I finish my studying for my certification on Wednesday and can start reading like a normal person after that, so I'll hopefully get to this soon.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a light read that kept me going. I hope the next person enjoys this as much as I did.

Got this from brownwhitetan on Sunday at the monthly meetup. Will put it on my TBR stack for a bit until it makes it way to the top.

This was a fun enjoyable read. It was very light and was more about the friendship of the group. Based on the comment from brownwhitetan I saw another one by this author and picked it up before even reading this one.
