IT TOOK ME QUITE A LONG TIME TO GET TO THIS BOOK BUT I FINALLY DID READ IT. IT'S A QUICK READ!!! I PICKED THE BOOK UP IN THE WAITING ROOM OF UNIVERSITY ORTHOPEDICS.
